I was visiting friends who got a cabin for a couple of nights. The place was cute and cozy with a fireplace, grill, a full sized fridge and freezer, and a kitchen and dining area... it was not heavily populated, so it was peaceful and quiet. My two friends had zero complaints.
It was a great place to stay at. Location was good. We were at Cabin #11, 1 bedroom, good size living room, small kitchen and room. It was very comfortable. Service was great. Only thing I didn't like was the bed.
It's a vacation spot our family has gone to time and time again. They have several different size cabins that you can choose from, they'll have full size kitchens, some cabins can hold large families others can hold just enough for two people. The ones that run the place are very kind and helpful for whatever you need and it's very quiet here, they also have a small little playground if you have small children. It surrounded by several pine trees throughout the whole resort and there are several restaurants around that you can choose from if you would like to go out and have yourself some lunch or dinners. The price is here are very reasonable so if you get the chance I highly recommend it, whether you're a couple looking for someplace quiet to come or family looking to have a fun vacation and get away from the heat then check out The Place Resort you won't be disappointed.
Because of the customer service I review this I had a great experience. It is a small operation and very down to earth. It is a very cabin-like experience, meaning fireplace with small kitchens, dishes, etc. If you're looking for this kind of experience it's a decent place and the help makes it great. I suspect this place would be better during colder months due to the fireplaces. I can't recommend this high enough.
